Tripole is an outdoor gear brand built for trekkers, hikers, and everyday explorers. What began as a simple cold email turned into a collaboration rooted in trust, intention, and shared love for the outdoors. After noticing a gap between the quality of their products and the quality of their product videos, we reached out with ideas tailored specifically to them supported by a trekking video I had created years ago. That unexpected connection opened the door to a pilot project where we produced high-quality listing videos for Tripole’s top-selling products. The outcome was a complete upgrade of their visual communication: clean, structured, and performance-ready videos that finally matched the standard of their gear.
Challenges
Tripole’s gear was strong, reliable, and thoughtfully designed but their product videos didn’t reflect that. The challenges included: Outdated or low-quality product videos that undersold the brand’s strengths Lack of structured product storytelling explaining features, use-cases, and differentiators The need for platform-specific versions (Amazon, YouTube, Website) that catered to different viewing behaviours Regional accessibility requirements, such as Hindi voiceover adaptations Demand for consistency across multiple SKUs, each requiring its own concept, script, and execution The brand needed content that wasn’t just visually better but clearer, more intentional, and crafted for conversion.
Solution
We took full end-to-end ownership of the project: Studied each product deeply to understand real-world functionality Conceptualised 10 product videos, each with a unique introduction and narrative flow Directed, shot, and produced all content in a controlled environment to maintain consistency Delivered 30 final assets, including: Primary hero product videos 45-second Amazon-optimised edits Hindi voiceover versions for regional relevance AI Led voicover videos for foreign countries Every video was designed with a clear goal: to demonstrate Tripole’s craftsmanship with honesty, simplicity, and clarity. The final output not only elevated their listings but also strengthened customer understanding, reduced purchase hesitation, and aligned their visual identity with the rugged quality of their gear.
