Coming from years of experience in the pet industry, having led over 200 shoots with pets and families across India, this project marked a special milestone. It was the first time we were producing a full-scale brand film for a contemporary pet care brand from scratch. What began as months of idea-sharing with the founder Monuranjan gradually shaped into a singular narrative: one powerful enough to carry the soul of Bearhugs. Once the idea felt right, we committed to bringing it alive with real families, real pets, and real moments.

Challenges

Creating a brand film for a pet-care brand sounds warm and fuzzy but requires immense precision. The challenges were layered: Finding a concept that genuinely reflected Bearhugs’ mission without falling into clichés Building trust with families and pets to capture natural moments, not staged ones Planning a full-scale production with minimal staging while still ensuring cinematic quality Coordinating pets, families, and locations across a tight 2-day window Positioning the brand in a way that feels modern, responsible, and emotionally resonant

Solution

We took end-to-end ownership of the entire journey from concept, scripting, and production design to casting real families, arranging pets, scouting locations, and executing the shoot. A lean, pet-loving crew worked intentionally to preserve authenticity: capturing genuine interactions, warm glances, playful chaos, and moments that couldn’t be staged even if we tried. The brand film was shot over two days with eight real families and their pets creating a cinematic yet deeply human portrayal of responsible pet parenting in everyday life. The final output is a hug-worthy, heart-first brand film that Bearhugs can use year-round to communicate their mission, evoke emotion, and build trust with their growing community.

Pure Origin -

Pure Origin, a K-beauty brand under Honasa portfolio approached us with a high-speed challenge: launch their new Korean Vitamin C Facial Kit with a full campaign built from scratch… in just 7 days. They needed a storytelling-led production partner who understood skincare, could move fast without compromising quality, and could build assets that balance performance with premium aesthetics. What followed was a tightly run creative sprint that turned one day of production into a quarter’s worth of content. All crafted with intention, clarity, and pace.

NOOE is a premium, design-led workspace brand creating aesthetic desk accessories and furniture for modern professionals. What began as a single reel made out of genuine admiration evolved into a full-scale creative partnership where we took charge of bringing structure, storytelling, and high-end production direction to one of their campaign. Over a two-month collaboration, we built an elevated visual world for NOOE across stills and video, culminating in the Creative Ecstasy campaign featuring 30 finished images and 8 reels.
