Pure Origin, a K-beauty brand under Honasa portfolio approached us with a high-speed challenge: launch their new Korean Vitamin C Facial Kit with a full campaign built from scratch… in just 7 days. They needed a storytelling-led production partner who understood skincare, could move fast without compromising quality, and could build assets that balance performance with premium aesthetics. What followed was a tightly run creative sprint that turned one day of production into a quarter’s worth of content. All crafted with intention, clarity, and pace.

We stepped in as Pure Origin’s end-to-end production partner, taking full control of scripting, pre-production, on-set direction, and smooth guided handover. To make the impossible timeline work, we engineered a fast-paced yet structured workflow. Entire project turned around in 4 days with footage repurposed across ads, reels, and teasers. One hyper-efficient production day generated months of usable content. Pure Origin walked away with a powerful, fast-moving campaign and a reminder that when process meets pace, great storytelling can still shine under pressure.

WeWork Labs India wanted to step into the world of thought leadership with something deeper than social posts and surface-level content. They envisioned a long-form podcast series that could spotlight founders, VCs, and operators shaping India’s startup ecosystem not through hype, but through meaningful conversations. As their independent content consultant and production parter, we built their first-ever podcast series from the ground up, shaping everything from creative strategy to full scale production, and post-production. Seven episodes, twenty-one shorts, and one flagship series trailer later, the foundation for their thought-leadership content engine was in place.

Coming from years of experience in the pet industry, having led over 200 shoots with pets and families across India, this project marked a special milestone. It was the first time we were producing a full-scale brand film for a contemporary pet care brand from scratch. What began as months of idea-sharing with the founder Monuranjan gradually shaped into a singular narrative: one powerful enough to carry the soul of Bearhugs. Once the idea felt right, we committed to bringing it alive with real families, real pets, and real moments.
